The largest band in the city, and the one we work on most. First-generation vinyl reaching end of life, with Wisconsin’s temperature swing producing wavy runs, popped courses and cracked corners on south and west elevations. Minimal insulation behind it.

Young siding, so these are almost entirely hail and wind claims. Hail cracks vinyl and dents steel, and homeowners who got a roof claim approved routinely miss that the same-elevation siding took the same hit.
